Emergency services on Saturday found the bodies of two missing after a helicopter and a small plane crash over a glacier in the Italian Alps the previous day, bringing to seven the total number of people killed.
The accident occurred on the Rutor Glacier near La Thuile in the Aosta Valley, near the border between northern Italy, France and Switzerland.
Five people were confirmed dead and two injured Friday.
The two people who were still missing were found after the resumption of the search on Saturday morning, according to an officer of the financial police in charge of alpine rescue in Courmayeur, in the Aosta Valley.
Two helicopters were sent with medical personnel and emergency rescuers to search the area, the officer said.
