Abducted Boston woman found alive,Suspect in custody.

Missing 23-year-old woman last seen Saturday night has been found alive in Charlestown, the suspect was taken into custody.

Police were able to locate the woman after she reactivated her iPhone and sent messages to her mother.

Olivia Ambrose was reported missing by her family on Sunday, following a night out with her twin sister, Francesca, and friends at Hennessy's in Fanueil Hall. Francesca reported that her sister left the bar at around 11 PM with a man and she became concerned when she didn't hear from her the next morning.

Boston Police arrested 38-year-old Victor Pena after finding the location of the phone, leading them to find Ambrose in the suspect's apartment in Charlestown. According to police, Olivia was standing inside the apartment near the suspect when they entered.

She was taken to a local hospital for evaluation.

She appeared to be in good health, the police department said. Officials did not offer further details about her state.

Ambrose told police she was being held against her will at the apartment, according to the police incident report. She also said Peña took her phone and refused to let her leave for the entire time she was held there.

Pena has a criminal record, including a recent arrest in Rhode Island. He has had several restraining orders filed against him as well.

He will be arraigned on a kidnapping charge at Charlestown District Court on Wednesday.
