Prince Phillip seen driving without seat belt only 48h after car crash

Police said that prince Phillip was given a warning after driving twice without a seat belt whithin less than 48 hours after crashing his car and injuring a woman in the incident early this week.

After upturning his car on Thursday, the 97-year-old prince passed an eye exam Saturday, reports say.

The Buckingham Palace declined to comment about the image showing the Duke of Edinburgh driving again without a seatbelt. Police claimed that "suitable words of advice have been given to the driver."

It is not clear if the prince should still be authorized to drive in order of his age and negligence. The British prince will celebrate his 98th birthday in the upcoming five months.
