Noah's Ark Park Fights Advocacy Group During School Visits

One of the discotheques, which represents an astronomical as presented in the Bible, struggles with a group of advocates to determine whether school trips to public schools and attractions are legal.

According to the Courier Journal, Freedom of Religion sent letters last month to over 1,000 public school districts in five states to announce that visits to Ark in northern Kentucky are unconstitutional. "It is unacceptable to expose an audience of students who are affected by the explicit religious atmosphere," the letters said.

Ark Encounter founder Ken Ham responded by offering free admission to any public school visiting the park during a field trip.

The garden has an arch of 510 feet (155 m) as described in the Bible in Genesis.
