A Washington man has murdered his parents at their Sammamish house and lived with the remains for 5 days before killing himself, authorities said.
According to The King County Medical Examiner's Office Lorraine Ficken, 68, and Robert Ficken , 72, died from shotgun injuries Jan. 10, and were identified as homicide victims.
Reports said that the victims wanted to sell the house and gave their 34-year-old son more than enough money to move to another property but he completely refused the idea.
Lorraine Ficken's brother-in-law John Mance states that she had bought a home across the street near Portland from her sister, she and her husband divorced nearly a decade ago but still living together.
