Shaker Heights police are looking for the suspect who was captured on video ramming his car into parked vehicles in a snowy lot.
The suspect crashed his light-colored car into other vehicles at around 1:30 a.m. He reportedly didn't use his windshields wipers until the demolition ended. He then fled the scene.
Witnesses described the suspected driver as a black man in his 60's with a gray beard. He is also accused of damaging the city property according to authorities.
