Two cars have bee badly damaged following a collision that occurred when an Utah teen decided to cover her eyes while driving as part of the "Bird box" challenge.
The 17-year-old female driver of a pickup truck veered into oncoming traffic after she decided to blind herself with a beanie as part of the "Bird Box" challenge that went viral since the Netflix's film was released. The challenge call people to do everyday tasks blindfolded.
No one was hurt in Monday's crash. The teen will likely face reckless driving charges.
"Honestly, I'm almost embarrassed to have to say 'Don't drive with your eyes covered' but apparently we do have to say that,'' Lt Travis Lyman told news outlets.
