Two pedestrians were injured in a fail to stop crash at Bankstown this morning- Bankstown

On Saturday, January 12, 2019, at approximately 5:40 am, two women, aged 22 and 25, were walking south on Kottam Street, Bankstown, towards Canterbury Road.

Pedestrians walked on the road on the east side of the street, near the parked cars, when the southern car of the Nissan Tida hit them.

After beating passersby, the car continued to roll on Kottam Street, became Canterbury Road and failed to stop.

The ambulance led the protesters to Liverpool Hospital. Has sustained head and leg injuries that are not life threatening,

The police are part of the Bankstown Police Investigation Zone.

The vehicle was described as a Nissan Tida, white. It is believed that the lighthouse has been damaged.

Anyone witnessing, or anyone with information on the identity of the driver is asked to contact the police.
