On Wednesday, December 26, 2018, at around 5 pm, three men were forced into a house on a pot trail at Albion Park Station.
Suspected intruders threatened to attack a 28-year-old man.
Police were alerted and officers from the Lake Illawarra County Police Department opened an investigation.
As a result of the investigations, police visited a house at Barrack Heights on Friday afternoon, where she attempted to interview a 28-year-old man.
The man was running behind the police, but was stopped nearby after a short chase.
He was taken to the Lake Illawarra Police Station, where he was charged with running a particular house with intent to commit a serious crime.
The release of the man on bail was refused to appear in Wollongong Court today.
Investigations continue in the alleged invasion of the house.
