A pair of thieves was caught on camera early Wednesday morning stealing a lottery kiosk from inside a grocery store in Davis.
At about 3 a.m., the suspects stole a state lottery ticket kiosk from inside the Safeway store at 2121 Cowell Blvd., which is open 24 hours. The machine was later recovered at the Webster interchange along I-80 east of Davis.
investigators retrieved the kiosk and handed it over to lottery investigators.
