In a three-week rampage that occurred between Thanksgiving and Christmas last year, Salim Richards along with seven others were killed by a suspected 36-year-old, Cleophus Cooksey Jr. But today, new details get revealed as police try to answer the big question: Did Richards know the killer?
As he raised in one of the most criminal blocks in Brooklyn, there was a big chance that Richards actually did knew his shooter. On December 2, 2017, he was shot and killed as he headed into the Cove at 44th Apartments in west Phoenix.
At first, the crime looked like a robbery, then the theories and suspicions followed. The last one is that the killer might not be a stranger and that leaded police to investigate his friends and connections.
