Three people were killed in an apparent murder-suicide at an apartment building in downtown Middletown Saturday night.
according to District Attorney Francis, Chardo said that police found three dead bodies, two were dead from homicide, and one from suicide during a welfare check at a property on South Union Street.
names and ages of the victims have not yet been released, pending notification of family members.
Middletown Police released an official statement: "Preliminary indications are that this is a murder-suicide and there is no danger to the public at this time."
