A Florida man allegedly shot his wife and in-laws on New Year's Day at around 2 p.m at the home of his wife's parents.
According to neighbors, Brian Stillwell, 39 and his wife have had some relationship troubles. She and the children had been living with her parents. "I don't know how the father got involved, but he got shot. He came over to my house, told me to call 911. He got shot in the hip, was bleeding," the neighbor said.
The couple's 5-year-old twins escaped the home without wounds and ran to a neighbor's house for help, police said.
The wife whose name hasn't been released and her mother were undergoing a surgery on Thursday while the husband was arrested without bail at the Brevard County Jail.
