Three people were charged following an accident on two vehicles on the central coast of the state.

On Thursday, January 3, 2019, at approximately 3:15 pm, a 36-year-old woman was arrested in her 4WD on Wakefield Road, Ryhope, 10 km west of Toronto, when she was threatened by a man with an ax. who had forced her to leave the car.

Two men and a woman, got into her car and left the scene.

The police found the vehicle at the intersection of Sparks Road and Minnesota Road, after its alleged collision with another car.

The occupant of the second car sustained minor injuries and was treated at the scene by paramedics.

Two men, aged 33 and 20, and a 22-year-old woman were arrested at the scene by police before been taken to John Hunter Hospital with minor injuries.
