A man in California apparently bit a 'large chunk' out of another man's ear when a discussion in a hot tub took another direction.
43-years-old Bryan David Boyak turned himself in after the incident which involved him with another man in a hot tub, both of them were having a serious discussion about corporations and conspiracy theories.
the victim threw Boyak out of his house after their discussion turned in a dispute, Boyak began hitting the front of the house with patio furniture until the man came out and told him to stop, the arrest affidavit stated.
Boyak then allegedly attacked the man, held him to the ground and bit off a “large chunk” of his ear before fleeing the scene in his truck.
the victim ended up in the hospital, The status of his injured ear was not immediately clear.
Boyak faces charges of mayhem, domestic violence in the presence of a child, criminal mischief and intoxication.
