A 22-year-old man was booked Sunday and charged with four counts of felony child abuse following the death of his girlfriend’s child from brutal abuse that he recorded by his cellphone.
On May 31, paramedics found Jameson Long, 2, unresponsive at his family house. He was transported to a Kansas City medical facility where he was declared dead three days later. His mom’s boyfriend, Brian O’Grodnick, who was considered a person of interest on his death confessed to punching the tot’s mouth several times, shaking and slapping his face, on April 21, April 22 and May 3 in gruesome scenes that he recorded by his cellphone.
