Hilton news, New York news.

Cops arrested a group of teenagers who brutally attacked a woman wearing a respirator mask at a Family Dollar in Hilton on March 23 because they thought she would infect people with the deadly virus.

The unidentified victim told officers that the four teens attacked, harassed and punched her in the face then stole her wallet and keys when she tried to escape. They later got in a car but have been apprehended in Ogden during a traffic stop that same day.

Authorities identified them as Rocco Gingello, 18, Alexis Gingello, 19, Taya O’Conner, 18, and Nicholas Henderson, 19. They are facing several counts including criminal possession of a weapon and second-degree robbery. Their arraignment hearing occurred in Parma Town Court and are currently free after posting bond, reports said.
