Kaylee, the 1-year-old daughter of Kelsey Berreth, and Patrick Michael Frazee. The mother is presumed murdered, and the father faces charges. The young girl will stay with her maternal grandparents after a judge granted them temporary custody.

Michael Frazee, 31, was arrested Dec. 21 because he charged with first-degree murder. He was also charged with soliciting another person to kill Berreth, his fiancée. Frazee is the only one who's arrested. Berreth's body has not been found.

The ABC News report: Frazee's mother had lodged an application to intervene in the custody case and had made a request for unspecified placement. The court did not immediately respond to her requests. The young girl stayed with Frazee until his arrest last week.

Berreth's mother reported her daughter's disappearance on December 2nd. Berreth was last seen shopping with her little girl at a supermarket in Woodland Park, south of Denver, on Thanksgiving Day.
