Reports said that the two suspects wanted for first-degree murder in Colorado have been arrested in New Mexico's capital city.

After receiving a tip from the Huerfano County Sheriff's Department reporting that the two suspects would be there, the State Police arrested Heith Gleason, 35, and his 13-year-old son on Thursday.

According to an arrest warrant affidavit filed in Santa Fe Magistrate court, the father and his son were involved in the death of Amy Garcia, 41, of Walsenburg who was found dead in a burned-out car outside of the Gleason's home in rural Huerfano County last Thursday morning.

The nature of the relationship between the victim and Gleason remains unclear.
