police discovered Donte Chisholm, 37, and an adult female suffering from gunshot wounds. Both were transported to a hospital for treatment. Donte Chisholm died as a result of his injuries.

neighbors shared their experience with the late Chisholm, labeling him as a family man who was very close with his children.

“He came up in the hood or the projects or whatever but he worked his way out and he got out and he had a family that he created," said Phillip Green, who knew Dante. "A loving family. He was a husband and a father to his kids. He was very close to his kids. If I had an opportunity right now if there was a choice to give my life so his kids wouldn’t have to suffer from why happened to him and his wife, I would give my life and just turn everything around because we gotta stop killing each other.”
