Newark news, New Jersey news.

A 34-year-old NJ Transit employee has been busted while on her way to Trinidad after she allegedly killed a passenger after an argument last December.

Fayola Howard was charged with vehicular homicide on Tuesday in connection with a fatal incident that took the life of 55-year-old Kevin Thomas. Prosecutors alleged that Howard had closed the bus door on the victim’s arm and dragged him down the street before ultimately running him over when he freed his arm.

Latoya Jackson, the victim’s daughter, said that her father suffered two broken legs and later succumbed to his injuries on January 6.

Howard was also charged with leaving the scene of an accident and tampering with records.
