According to Cleveland authorities, a body has been found burning Wednesday in a secluded field in Collinwood neighborhood and it was missing its head, hands, and feet.
Cleveland police Sgt. Jennifer Ciaccia added that the body was so badly burned that it was impossible to determine any further details about it. The gruesome discovery was made at around 4 a.m. in a small brick path between residences that leads to the tracks. A resident spotted the fire and alerted the police.
The suspect who had set fire on the body had reportedly placed shrubs on top of it, according to investigators. The same area was the scene of several burning out cars. An investigation has been launched and the scene is being processed.
