Lori Vallow, the 47-year mother of two Idaho children missing since September,17-year-old Tylee Ryan and 7-year-old Joshua was arrested in Hawaii on Thursday by the Kaua'i Police Department in compliance with a warrant by Madison County, Idaho.
Vallow, currently under investigation is facing two felony counts of desertion and nonsupport of a dependent child. She is held on $5 million bail.
"First of all, we wish to thank the public for the massive outpouring of concern regarding this case, We also want to thank everyone for their patience while investigators worked diligently to comprehensively gather everything they needed in order to obtain this arrest warrant." Kaua'i Chief of Police Todd G. Raybuck said in the statement Thursday.
