58 bodies found in mass grave in Mexican desert

The Attorney General's Office in the Mexican state of Sonora has announced that ten more bodies were discovered in the mass grave that already counted 48 bodies according to the latest reports.

The mass grave that is located approximately 200 miles from Phoenix was discovered by experts from the attorney general's Scientific Forensic Intelligence Lab with the help of staff from the Mexican Association for Clinical Research.

The newly unearthed bodies were complete sets of human remains. The National Commission for the Search of Missing Persons has conducted 18 autopsies with one body returned to family members. The autopsies' results have not been disclosed.

A spokeswoman for the Attorney General's Office said that people should not come up with early theories regarding the mass grave.
