Police investigate the killing of an 18-year-old man in New Haven.
Officers reacted in the Read Street area of Shephard Street after being notified of a shooting at 6 pm. Friday night.
The man was taken to Yale New Haven Hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Currently, the police have stated that he is in a stable state.
The investigation is ongoing and those with information are asked to come forward.
