A longtime hospital employee was pronounced dead and a 58-year-old woman was seriously injured after a man intentionally drove into a hospital entrance in Ohio, police said.
According to local news outlets, Raymond Leiendecker, of Baltimore, has been charged with aggravated murder and vandalism in connection to the incident.
The Fairfield County Sheriff's Office said that Leiendecker who has been suffering from mental issues and has undergone a psychological evaluation at Diley Ridge Medical Center last September has not accepted the evaluation results. He then drove a pickup truck into the emergency department entrance killing 61-year-old Scott Davis, sheriff Dave Phalen said.
