A Florida mother was arrested this week after police said she had left her 3-year-old daughter in the car for hours while working at a strip club.
Manouchika Daniels, 23, of Miami, was charged with neglecting a child. Officers said they found the 3-year-old daughter wandering in a parking lot on Tuesday.
Police arrived at the scene around 2 am on Tuesday, after seeing a child in tears wander and calling 911, the Miami Herald reported.
Police said about half an hour later that Daniels was out of the strip club and identified with the child's mother.
Daniels was sentenced to detention without bail and her daughter was remanded.
The prison registers do not list lawyers for Daniels.
