Josue Orellana, 18, was arrested in Bristol after a SWAT unit raided a supermarket building on Wednesday, LevittownNow.com reported. Bristol is in Bucks County, north of Philadelphia.
Authorities say Orellana was part of a group of gang members who shot dead a 24-year-old man in a clash of drugs at Cliffside Park in August, the website said.
Orellana has been charged with attempted murder and possession of weapons, reports said.
The Cliffside Park, West New York and Fairview Police Services, the Bergen County Sheriff's Office and the Hudson County SWAT Regional Team participated in the investigation and arrest , reported the Record of Bergen County.
