Samuel Little, 79, appeared via Skype at two separate hearings in which he admitted to killing two women in Cincinnati and two women in Cleveland. Little is serving multiple life sentences in California for the murder of three women between 1987 and 1989. He was also convicted of the murder of a woman in Texas in 1994.

Authorities said they confirmed at least 60 of the 93 murders. Mr. Little says he was committed in 14 states as he toured the country for decades.

Judge Melba Marsh of Hamilton County asked the 79-year-old man a series of questions about abandoning his right to a trial, which Little answered in the affirmative, sometimes with "Yes, ma'am". Marsh then sentenced Little to two consecutive 15-year prison terms for life, FOX19 Cincinnati reported.

Defense lawyer Timothy McKenna of Cincinnati told the judge that at this point in her life Little wanted to help police identify her victims and close unsolved cases. He also said that little is in poor health.

Judge John Russo, of Cuyahoga County, sentenced Little to a minimum of 40 years in jail after the sentences he received in Texas, California and Cincinnati. Authorities in the Cleveland area are still investigating a possible third murder by Little.
