Glen Richter, a 49-year-old Texas man was arrested Thursday morning and booked into Dallas Jail following the murder of Sara Hudson, 22, whose body was found in her burning SUV after recently graduating from the University of Arkansas, according to Dallas police.
Investigators said firefighters reacted Monday night to a vehicle fire and Hudson's body was found inside after the flames went out.
A police affidavit states that Hudson appears on a surveillance video coming out of his SUV before Richter approaches her and forces her to return home.
The online prison records do not indicate whether Richter has a lawyer to answer the charges.
