45-year-old? Rev. Henry Christopher Foxhoven, of Glouster, is facing three charges of sexual battery regarding his sexual relationship with a 17-years old girl and would stay in prison for 12 years; the priest is listed as a sex offender.
according to Athens County Prosecutor Keller Blackburn, the teen was an altar girl in one of Foxhoven's parishes in the Diocese of Steubenville and was sexually involved with the priest between Aug. 17, 2018, and Oct. 25, 2018.
In addition to a 12-year prison sentence, Foxhaven will be subject to five years of mandatory post-release control and Tier III Sex Offender Registration, which will require him to report every ninety days for life.
