St. Paul Park news, Minnesota news.

A Minnesota truck driver reportedly crossed a construction zone and reportedly fatally hit a road worker, authorities claiming he was distracted by his mobile phone, which was broadcasting Pornhub videos.

The authorities accused 47-year-old Tate R. Doom of vehicular homicide and operating a criminal vehicle in the October 2, 2018 accident.

The St. Paul Park man was still in custody on Tuesday - instead of a $ 30,000 bail - after being jailed Friday night. He is accused of striking and killing Vernon Hedquist, 59, of Pillager, on I-94, while working with a contracted road crew.

The large Doom platform was reportedly thrown in the back of a van and trailer, which then flew to land at Hedquist, police said.
