According to North Carolina authorities, two of the three teen boys who fatally opened fire at a 17-year-old girl on June 18 are expected to appear in court Wednesday.
Juan Zamora, 17-year-old, and Andy Garcia, 16-year-old, face several charges including first-degree murder and attempted robbery with a dangerous weapon in connection to the northwest Charlotte deadly shooting along with their accomplice, 15, police said.
The incident took place at Beatties Ford Road and Lasalle Street at around 3 p.m.
The suspects opened fire multiple times at Alysha Johnson who officials believed to be carjacked amid a random crime. She died from serious bullet wounds she sustained, according to MEDIC.
