man rejected to be a suspect in the killing of his brother's family in New Jersey mansion fire.

The brother of a man found dead along with his wife and two children at a burning mansion is free from the charge of aggravated arson and have no involvement to the case of his brother's killing according to his lawyer.

Paul J. Carneiro, 51, was arrested and booked in Monmouth County Jail for trying to try to burn down his own home with his wife and two daughters inside.

his brother Keith Caneiro, 50; his wife, Jennifer Karidis Caneiro, 45; their son, Jesse, 11; and daughter, Sophia, 8, were found inside their multi-million dollar mansion in Colts Neck severely burned; Keith Caneiro was found shot to death outside that home.

authorities have not revealed whether Caneiro is a suspect in his brother's killing.

his attorney Robert Honecker insisted on the innocence of his client from arson charges and any other potential charge.
