Drunk driver charged in Richmond fatal crash

A 42-year-old man charged Wednesday of murder after he allegedly drove drunk into another car over the weekend, killing the driver and wounding two others.

Marcus Nathan Wolfe was charged with murder, leaving the scene of an accident and two counts of drunk driving with a prior DUI conviction.

The events occured on November,17, when Wolfe allegedly crashed into a car driven by 45-year-old Rajni Gulati who was killed while two passengers were injured. Authorities said that the crash occured on the Richmond Parkway, near Goodrick Avenue. Wolfe had a bloom-alcohol level greater of .08 percent than the legal limit.

If convicted of the murder charge he faces up to life in prison.
