According to the authorities, a 17-year-old girl abducted from Wendy's restaurant where she was working in Idaho was found in Arizona with the man accused of taking her away.
Police said Miguel Rodriguez-Perez, 18, was arrested without incident Tuesday morning in Surprise, Arizona.
Rodriguez-Perez forced her to leave the restaurant where she was working in Jerome, Idaho, on Sunday night. She was under a protective order against Rodriguez-Perez, who had assaulted her in the past.
Surprise's police pursued his vehicle, which was later found abandoned. A search led to the girl and the suspect.
