Eunice Police Chief Randy Fontenot said 17-year-old juniors at Eunice High School were arrested on Friday for mixing chemicals into the drink. a teacher and filmed it on Snapchat.
According to the police, the students had mixed Krud Kutter, an all-purpose cleaning solution, in the teacher's cup on Wednesday when she went out to get supplies.
When the teacher returned, she sipped her drink and threw it away. Fontenot says he does not believe she has consumed enough to harm his health.
Another student showed the video to a school resource officer on Thursday.
