Las Vegas authorities announced the arrest of a 16-year-old boy in connection to the fatal shooting of a security guard on April 22.
On a Sunday press conference, Metropolitan Police Department reported that Anthony Okelberry allegedly opened fire at 75-year-old Hursey Dale Addison as the victim was patrolling an apartment complex in the southeast valley. He was arrested Saturday and is held into the Clark County Detention Center facing a long list of charges including murder with a deadly weapon and possessing a credit or debit card without the owner's consent.
If found guilty, Okelberry will spend a long time in jail because of the victim's age, court records confirmed.
