A Texas student lost her life after being punched and hit in her head by two other teens while on her way to her family home from school.
Kashala Francis, 13-year-old, who was attending Attucks Middle School was pronounced dead at Texas Children's Hospital early Wednesday morning from a tumor in the back of her head that was caused by the Thursday attack, according to her mother.
Houston authorities are now considering the case as a homicide while the victim's cause of death was not confirmed pending to the autopsy result.
The agressive attack was documented in a video that showed the girls intentionally kicking Kashala as other kids started laughing loudly at her: "I can see these girls kicking her in the head while other children are laughing at her," her mother claimed.
