Christchurch news, New Zealand news.

Reports said that a woman died from gunshot wounds she sustained during New Zealand's terrorist attack last Friday while trying to help her husband who used a wheelchair to move.

42-year-old Husna Ara Parvin used to go to the mosque with her husband Farid Uddin Ahmed every Friday. The Bangladesh couple separated from each other when Parvin entered the women's mosque while her disabled husband entered the one for men, according to her nephew Mahfuz Chowdhury.

As the faithful wife heard gunfire shots, she exited the mosque and hurry up checking for Ahmed, that is when she was brutally shot.

At least, fifty people died in the grisly attack while more than 36 were badly injured.
