Salt Lake City news, Utah news.

The police are looking for a four-year-old missing girl who has been missing since last week in the Navajo part of Utah. Volunteers and family members continue to search.

Christina Tsosie, a spokeswoman for the Navajo Police Department, said on Monday that the authorities were determining the resources they needed before resuming searches.

Tsosie says that Anndine Jones moved away Thursday from her home near a stream that connects to the San Juan River.

Police said there was no indication that the girl had been kidnapped.

Tsosie says she does not know how many volunteers searched for the girl on Monday.
