Boston police arrested Tuesday a man in connection with the disappearance of a young woman who was last seen in Saturday night leaving Hennessey's bar in the North End area of Boston.
Police found evidence from the 23-year-old Olivia Ambrose's cellphone that headed them to the suspect's apartment.
Victor Pena, 38, was arrested on kidnapping charges at his apartment located in the Charlestown neighborhood near the bar where the woman was last seen. Authorities did not reveal information about her psychic state but she seemed to be fine.
Boston Police Commissioner William Gross claimed at a Tuesday press conference: "Today is a good day. Miss Ambrose was found alive; It's obvious from the surveillance video that she was not going along willingly."
