Police arrested a third person in connection with a shootout in central Utah Mall that injured two people and scared hundreds of customers.

Jail records show that 20-year-old Flaviano Aguilar was arrested on Wednesday on suspicion of rioting and obstruction of justice.

Police said he was part of a group of gang members who ran into rivals at Fashion Place Mall on Sunday. They say the conflict came out, where a person on each side took out a gun.

Groups were scattered after one person was injured on each side. No bystanders were hurt.

Aguilar is also accused of sending money to help someone avoid the police. No attorney or publicly-listed phone number was immediately available to him.

Two 19-year-old men were arrested on suspicion of attempted aggravated murder.
