According to authorities, the man accused of killing a 22-year-old California police officer was found dead inside his house and left behind him a strange suicide note.

Davis Police Officer Natalie Corona was fatally attacked by Kevin Douglas Limbaugh, 48, while responding to the scene of a three-car incident off Interstate-80 outside of Sacramento. Hours after the incident police discovered him dead inside of his nearby house from a self inflicted gunshot injury.

In a open-faced letter found on his bed, Limbaugh claimed that: "The Davis Police department has been hitting me with ultra sonic waves meant to keep dogs from barking; I notified the press, internal affairs, and even the FBI about it."
