A man and teenager charged over a stabbing murder at a Bossley Park hair salon last week

On Friday, January 11, 2019 at 12:40, emergency services were called in the barber shop located on Mimosa Road, where a 20-year-old man was found injured in the upper body.

The man was taken to Liverpool Hospital, where he died later.

After the investigation, an 18-year-old man was arrested shortly after and charged with murder.

The Strike Force Etival was established by officers from Fairfield City Police Area Command, with the assistance of the Crime Prevention Brigade, to investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident.

After a new investigation, investigators were arrested yesterday a 22-year-old man and a 17-year-old teenager at a Bossley Park home.

They were taken to the Fairfield Police Station and charged with murder.

Bail was denied today (Thursday, January 17, 2019) in the Fairfield District Court.

The teenager was released on bail today (Thursday, January 17, 2019) in a juvenile court.
